Course Overview
Royal Ascot Golf Club was founded in 1887 and was given its royal status by Queen Victoria. The private members club was originally situated on Ascot Heath, within the boundaries of Ascot Racecourse for over 116 years. Due to the redevelopment of the Race Course in 2003/4, a new Golf Course and Clubhouse has been constructed half a mile from the old course, within the confines of Windsor Forest.

The 6294 yard course has four challenging par-fives, eight testing par-fours and six far from easy par-threes.
Alistair White, the Club Professional runs a well stocked shop and provides golf lessons, along with plenty of casual advice.
Royal Ascot Golf Club plays in many inter-club competitions including the Hillman Trophy, and is a member of the Reading & District Scratch Golf League.
